Objetivos:
O ISQ posiciona-se como uma infraestrutura tecnológica nacional fortemente vocacionada para a aceleração do processo de transferência e implementação de novas metodologias e tecnologias, nas Empresas.
A participação nos diferentes Programas Quadro Europeus nos últimos vinte anos tem permitido criar as valências necessárias ao desenvolvimento de projetos de sucesso e rede de parcerias nacionais e internacionais.
O presente projeto pretende desenvolver e/ou consolidar as suas competências com o desenvolvimento de projetos de I&DT de interesse estratégico nacional, alinhados com a Estratégia de Especialização Inteligente definida para Portugal para o período 2014-2020.
O projeto tem por base um plano de participação nos diferentes Pilares e programas do H2020 de acordo com uma estratégia de investigação interna e desenvolvimento tecnológico especifica, consolidando competências já adquiridas.
O plano foi desenvolvido por forma a dar uma resposta concreta ao estabelecido na atual estratégia de I&D do ISQ, a qual está alinhada com a Estratégia de Especialização Inteligente. O Plano estratégico do ISQ estabelece cinco áreas prioritárias (A) de investigação:
- (A1)Técnicas de inspeção avançadas;
- (A2)Novos materiais e processos de fabrico;
- (A3) Sustentabilidade industrial;
- (A4) Gestão do risco;
- (A5)Eficiência Energética.
Estas áreas prioritárias incindem nos principais sectores de atividade do ISQ (domínios de atividade, D), nomeadamente:
- (D1)Energia;
- (D2)Transportes (sobretudo automóvel e aeronáutica);
- (D3)Indústria de processo e produto;
- (D4)Novos Materiais e componentes;
- (D5)Agroalimentar.
O plano de participação foi elaborado a dois anos, que com um total de 32 candidaturas aos programas do H2020 para o período 2018-2019, incidindo particularmente nos Pilares dos desafios e de Liderança Industrial, correspondente a um investimento total de 13,07 milhões de euros.
