OBJECTIVES:

The “ChemPharm VET” project builds on previous achievements (tested in a previous project- Pile Up) to formulate the requirements for developing the key competences of chemical industry operators, and create a new European curriculum and training programme for VET providers for the chemical and pharmaceutical industry operators’ training.

The use of European units of learning outcomes, based on the EQF, and the development of a harmonized training programme, will be the key project steps to implement the curriculum and thus facilitate mobility and mutual recognition of learning outcomes.

To achieve the main objective of develop innovation in VET and improve the skills and qualifications of chemical pharmaceutic employees, the project products will be validated and disseminated at national level among the industry associations and also in the vocational schools for piloting the training programme.
